The White Mullet is an innovative blend of 70% Riesling, 11% Viognier, 10% Chenin Blanc and 9% Sauvignon Blanc. The result is fragrant with hints of orange zest and pineapple, and moderately mouthfilling without ever seeming overly soft. Simultaneously crisp, luscious and long on the finish, it's a solid value.
