This Cab takes a while to open and show some flavor, but when it does, it has subtle buttercream and blackberry aromas and a blackberry, grape jelly and honey palate. It's smooth, round and easy to drink, with a long, slightly sweet, blackberry-jam finish. || This tawny-black Riverland offering has a Port-like bouquet of stewed fruit, mulling spices and smoked meat.
