This biodynamic wine is a study in contrasts. Non-fruit aromas of wax, paraffin and lanolin are offset by bright pineapple flavors, while a long, zesty finish balances the wine's ample weight and slightly creamy texture. Delicious now, it should drink well through at least 2022.
