Waxy to the max, with baked apple, dry spice and plenty of oak on the bouquet. Thick and mouthfilling in terms of texture, with creamy melon and sweet apple flavors. Turns pithy, stalky and bitter on the finish. || Heavily vegetal and unclean on the nose, then pickled on the palate, as in sauerkraut.
