This Cabernet needs time. It's rich and ripe with blackberry jam, black currants, dark chocolate and sweet, smoky oak, but very tight and astringent in tannins. Give it at least six years in the cellar. || Ripe, dry and oaky, with powerful black currant and cedar flavors. Shows its youth in the astringency of the tannins, which are fine but very hard.
