Lively on the nose, with a strong whiff of Pine Sol but also some mulchy leaves. The palate is chunky and solid in terms of feel, with short berry and plum flavors mixed with green, mossy, drying tannins. A bit funky but not out of the realm of what's normal for Carmenère.
