This vineyard is in the tenderloin of the appellation, where most Pinots cost far more. This is a pretty good wine that needs tinkering; it could be far better. It's rich in fruit, but is heavy, and could use more finesse. || This Pinot Noir tastes vegetal and harsh, with weirdly sweet oak flavors. || This is a very good Pinot Noir that shows how well the appellation can balance the variety.
