There's a very cool minerality on the nose of this wine, followed by notes of green fruit, white currant and fresh hay on the nose and mouth. Medium weight in the mouth with bracing acidity and a clean, lingering finish. || A delicious Sauv Blanc from one of the coolest areas of South Africa, it takes a while for this wine to fully express itself.
