Hot pink in color, the palate is open and mild, but unstructured. Simple raspberry and plum flavors finish alert but with a basic finish of red and citrus fruits. || Ruby-pink in color, with sweet aromas of cotton candy but also cherry, raspberry and strawberry. This is a departure from previous vintages of Cherub, which were drier and paler in color. This is more wild and ripe, but it's nicely textured and full-bodied as rosés go.
