A lovely mix of floral scents, dark black fruits, baking spices and fine-grained tannins. This 100% varietal effort has a mouth-pleasing texture, without any roughness, and excellent balance. || The nose hints at ripe scents of prune and brown sugar, along with olive, eucalyptus and lemon oil. Winemaker Luke Bradford cofermented the Cab with a small amount of Sauvignon Blanc to up the acid naturally, and it works pretty well. A French-style wine, this does not shy away from flavors of earth and stem.
