A touch horsey and sharp smelling, with rubber, leather and plum as well. The palate is acidic and thus racy, but there's enough body and structure to properly house berry fruit and olive flavors. A little tangy on the finish due to strong acidity. || On the oaky and charred side, but also showing varietal mint, chocolate and bell pepper aromas.
