Let the tannins soften with age. || Smoked bacon, pressed rose petal, moist pipe tobacco and savory spice give this wine a brawny, masculine personality. There's a touch of sour cherry on the close, and the wine boasts nice freshness overall. Pair it with polenta and stewed meat sauce.
