Minerally raspberry and cherry aromas come with a touch of latex and rubber. This is lively and scratchy on the palate, with spicy, oaky, peppery flavors of red-berry fruits that lead to a dry, juicy finish. || Floral and alert, and overall the bouquet is promising. This is quintessential by-the-glass Bierzo; it's creamy, full and solid, with nice black cherry, raspberry and plum flavors. Nothing spectacular but quite good in a no-nonsense way.
