The big brother and precursor to B Crux, this wine has 70% Tempranillo, 20% Malbec and 10% Merlot. It's a big, chewy sweet wine with a lot of character as well as some heavy oak and heat toward the end. Since it's the very first wine from O. Fournier, and because 2001 was an average year, expect even better offerings in 2002 and '03.
