Scorched earth, rose, iris, dark berry and clove aromas lead the nose along with a whiff of game. On the firm, savory palate, mint, white pepper, cinnamon and grilled herb accent the wild cherry core. Assertive, velvety tannins and fresh acidity lend elegance and structure. Drink 2018–2028.
