Deep gold in color. Complex nose, very earthy, savory, minerally aromas showing some evolution. Rich, viscous and broad across the palate with a strong savory, almost vegetal palette of flavors, some spice. Slightly lacking in freshness and fruit. Full-bodied with a warm, round finish.
