Made using fruit that was sourced from 100-year-old vines, this has a dark color, firm tannins and minerality, plus a solid black-plum flavor. This will age for several years. || This is light, crisp and very fresh with vibrant fruit, touches of green pepper and red currant to finish. There is some wood here, from old barrel aging, rounding out the fruit and softening it.
