Struck flint and smoke notes permeate this lithe yet deeply complex auslese. The palate boasts concentrated tangerine and cantaloupe fruitiness, but shaded in savory tones of pollen and dusty mineral. It's tightly wound still, closed and unyielding, but should ease and open beautifully from 2020.
