Tastes a little sweet for a true brut, with sugary flavors of strawberries, raspberries and vanilla, and the finish is soft. The blend is French Colombard, Chardonnay and Sangiovese. || This is a nice, dry sparkling wine, rich in citrus, apple, yeasty brioche and spice flavors. The bubbles are a little ragged, giving it a scoury mouthfeel. But for the price, it's a fine bubbly.
