Somewhat and pleasingly feral on the nose, this county-wide blend shows wild cherry, composting rose petals, roast game and campfire on the nose. Black-plum skins come to the fore on the sip, which is quite tangy and a bit sour, lifted by dried thyme, rich mulberry and earthy chaparral scrub.
