Some 18 months of careful oak aging have shaped a deep, layered wine with loads of cherry and cola. The wine shows a compact, streamlined structure but there is backbone here and the fresh acidity at the end really hits the spot. || True to the variety, this pure expression of Syrah shows blueberry, cola, smoked bacon and milk chocolate aromas.
