Snappy and clean, although some might find this Alsatian blend austere and sharp. The palate features sour apple and some asparagus, and the finish is more of the same. The forwardness and acid-based balance are both admirable, but the flavor profile leaves something to be desired. || This blended white combines fresh apple and pear fruit notes with minerally, petrolly nuances to give a surprisingly complex result. Finshes with a burst of lime. Drink now and over the next several months; this isn't built to age.
