Here's a beautiful Amarone with aromas of black cherry layered with leather, underbrush, carob and sandalwood. The palate delivers a core of ripe blackberry flavor, along with raisin, chocolate, mint and hints of coffee and vanilla. This is brawny but it also has complexity and depth.
