If you can only cellar one Sonoma Pinot Noir from the 2011 vintage, make it this one. It's a big, tight wine with strong tannins, but somehow never loses sight of Pinot's essential delicacy. Despite the dryness, the wine has a luscious core of raspberries, red currants, cola and rhubarbs, along with subtle oak influences.
