There's the slightest hint of matchstick at the start that initially takes away from the integrity of the fruit. It blows off soon enough to reveal a soft, foamy sparker with bright notes of sweet peach, citrus and fresh flowers. || This Prosecco boasts a very attractive combination of fresh, lively and concentrated floral notes opposite complex toasted notes.
