Opens with aromas of moss, baked blackberry and dried cheese. Turns creamy and deep in the mouth, with soft, jammy tannins. Tastes of herbs, thyme, lightly baked black plum and carob. Long, earthy, herbal and cuddly on the finish. Soft on acidity; drink now through 2013.
