Smells and tastes heavily oaked, with vanilla, smoke and toast layered over notes of blackberry and chocolate. Still, the texture is nice and the wood—if you like that sort of thing—is tasty. Finishes with a slightly drying edge. Imported by Pacific Wine Partners.
