Zinfandel combines the variety's classic flavors of spices, briary wild summer blackberries and raspberries, cola and licorice with Merlot-like silky balance and elegance. While there's a wonderful sweetness, the finish is dry. An absolute steal, and relatively easy to find, with 5,000 cases produced.
