The nose on this brut is a touch grassy, with apple aromas. On first take, it feels foamy, but with time it settles down. Flavors of sulfur, apple and saline finish with pithy citrus notes and flavors of spiced apple, rhubarb and mild bitterness. || Open and floral, with acacia and orange blossom on the nose.
