A very pleasant offering from Duck Pond, this is lightly toasty, moderately fruity, broad on the palate, with a gentle mix of pear and apple flavors. Smooth and drinking at its peak. || Given its late release, this has been in bottle for quite awhile, and is soft and already heading into midlife. The light cherry fruit is drying out, like fruit leather, and the relatively high (14.5%) alcohol starting to take over.
