A severe edge of dried herb and savoriness in this single-vineyard Cab evolves into juicy black currant and cassis midway through. The tannins remain tightly wound and thick on the palate, before the wine finishes dry and concentrated. || This is a soft, still grippy Cabernet with an earthy, tobacco-infused character that somewhat overwhelms the taste of blackberry and black currant. || This soft, easy to drink Zinfandel has likeable flavors of raspberries, cherries, cola and spices. It's a little on the sweet side…
