This is nearly indistinguishable from Arauco's standard 82-point 2011 Sauvignon Blanc, smelling stalky, with zero pungency or varietal character. It shows lemony acids, but that's about all. || This is tropical on the nose, with light pear and banana aromas. It feels crisp and shearing, with mildly bitter flavors of citrus and scallion. Additional bitterness marks the finish.
