This popular red blend is almost three quarters Cabernet Sauvignon, with smaller amounts of Syrah, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Tasty, chewy and tannic, it shows strong flavors of cassis, licorice, smoke and espresso—the same dark style as the winery's varietal reds. It offers especially good grip and power for a wine in this price range.
