From the Côte des Bar in the southern Aube region of Champagne, this ripe rosé is all fruit. Layers of raspberry, red plum and wild strawberry are tied together with a light tannic texture and plenty of acidity. The aftertaste is as fresh and crisp as possible. || This soft wine has red fruits attractively embedded in the bright texture. The relatively high dosage results in its fruity character. Simple in texture, the wine is ready to drink.
