There's a dusky walnut edge on the deep color, and aromas are lightly floral and strawberry-like with a slight smoky note. However, the flavors are quite savory, smoky, earthy and meaty, building a wild taste profile. These accompany a medium body and firm texture with light tannins and acidity.
