This forward wine opens with funky aromas of game and leather, with a whiff of barnyard. The palate is evolved and much of the fruit has already dried up, leaving bitter prune alongside green, astringent tannins. || This has a slightly browning color and bright garnet highlights. It offers aromas of dried fruit, raspberry, toasted almond and licorice.
