The wine starts with aromas of toasted oak, roasted coffee bean and whiffs of black fruit. The palate offers black cherry, plum, tobacco and espresso alongside somewhat drying wood tannins. It's already a bit evolved so better to enjoy sooner rather than later. Drink through 2019.
