This very floral and herbally tinged bottling shows fresh crushed thyme, black peppercorns, lavender and woody blackberries on the nose. The palate shows some of the same, but descends into a very purple Concord grape flavor. || This is made in a ripe, high-alcohol style, which gives it a little burning sensation, like Cognac.
