Powerful and insistent, this is a Chardonnay that wrestles the mouth into submission. It's muscular in apricot, orange and peach fruit flavors, and it's brightened with keen acidity—like a squeeze of lime—but for all the richness, the finish is absolutely dry and minerally. Almost a food group in itself, it's strong enough to drink as an appetizer.
