Fruity and ripe, this is a tight, very fresh wine. The crispest apples and brightest lemon give a refreshing shock to the palate. The wine should probably age for a few years, so drink after 2014. || Well balanced between fruitiness and spice, this is a young, crisp wine. Its apricot and pear flavors are lighted by fragrant acidity and considerable freshness for a Pinot Gris. It is ready to drink, but will be better in 1–2 years.
