Complex and supple, but lacks just a bit of energy and vigor; the fruit comes across as a bit dried rather than pristinely fresh, with hints of molasses and brown sugar. Still, there's plenty of it, matched by hints of pepper, grilled meat, coffee and vanilla. Drink now and over the next few years.
