Extra brut means that this Champagne is drier than most brut wines, while not totally dry as in brut zéro. This Extra Brut shows remarkable crispness, but also some ripeness with its apple and grapefruit flavors. It's one of those Champagnes that needs time to breathe, so open 30 minutes before you want to drink it—the bubbles won't disappear.
