Elegantly combines plenty of spicy, meaty notes with round, ripe cherry-berry fruit. Dark flavors of soy or oyster sauce impart a savory element, adding a bass note to the finely tuned chorus of flavors. Finishes long and velvety. Drink now–2016. || As might be expected from a wine not to be released until 2010, this is showing little development or complexity at this stage.
