Aromas of black cherry, lavender and thyme provide a good introduction to flavors of cassis, lavender and thyme, with a hint of smoke and orange peel. Smooth tannins coat the mouth and are joined on the back palate by a pleasing jolt of orange zest and tart cranberry.
