A bit tart in acidity, this polished Pinot needs rich beef or lamb to cut through. It's a lovely wine, fully dry and balanced, with rich flavors of cherries, cola and anise. Drink now. || Ripeness wasn't the problem in 2007. The wine shows solid berry, cherry, currant and cola flavors, with a rich array of spices, and the texture is silky and attractive.
