Pungent up front, with dry bayberry, leather, jam notes and schisty minerality. The palate is all about structure, snappy acids, sinewy tannins and lively, full-force red-fruit and plum flavors. Like in the past, this is a top-notch Priorato that holds its form through the acid-driven finish.
