Here's a bracing sparkler that has aromas of mature citrus fruit and toasted bread crust. The sharp, vigorous palate offers yellow-apple skin, bitter walnut, oak, and a slight confectionary note. || A blend of Chardonnay (80%), Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero, this Brut Franciacorta offers peachy, floral aromas and excellent density and richness on the palate. A hint of dried sage and almond on the close gives it extra appeal.
