This is a crowd-pleasing style of Cabernet that's perfect for the winery's on-site outdoor amphitheater and has approachable black cherry, vanilla and crushed rock aromas. More cherry and dark strawberry juice flavors show on the palate, which is jammy with a touch of baking spice and dill to round it out.
