Smoke, coffee, leather, tobacco, spice, dried prune and currant berry characterize a modern, nicely aged wine with deep complexity and depth. It's also a distinctive wine with noticeable sweetness, firm tannins and excellent length. It's ready to drink now and would make a fine companion to any red meat dish.
