Named after a property that Bill Foley's family owns in Texas, this kicks off with citrusy crème brûlée and tight honey elements on the nose. It opens softly with French toast on the palate, then tightens up with limestone minerality and lemon rind acidity. Just enough buttery vanilla lingers into the finish.
